Our shipping principles

• Your package will be shipped CO2-neutrally within Austria. You can choose between our shipping partner DPD and Austrian Post .
• Please note that shipping to parcel lockers or parcel stations is currently not possible.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product description, your order will generally be delivered within 10 business days . This period begins on the day after your payment order has been successfully received via bank transfer or PayPal.
• Should we find that a product you have ordered is unavailable, we will inform you immediately by email.
• In the event of unforeseen supply bottlenecks from our suppliers that prevent timely delivery, we reserve the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement. Naturally, you will receive a corresponding email notification as soon as possible in such a case.
• Unfortunately, personal collection of the goods is not possible.

Shipping costs to destination country

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your package and the destination country. All prices quoted are exclusive of 20% VAT .
