SHIPPING INFORMATION

Our Shipping Principles

Your package will be shipped CO2-neutral within Austria. You can choose between our shipping partner DPD and Austrian Post.

Please note that shipping to parcel lockers is currently not possible.

The delivery of your order – unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product description – usually takes place within 10 business days. This period begins on the day after the successful creation of your payment order via bank transfer or PayPal.

Should we determine that a product you ordered is not available, we will inform you immediately via email.

In the event of unforeseen delivery bottlenecks from our suppliers that prevent timely delivery, we reserve the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement. Of course, in such a case, you will receive an appropriate email notification as quickly as possible.

Personal pick-up of goods is unfortunately not possible.

 

 

Shipping Costs by Destination

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your package and the respective destination country. All prices stated are exclusive of 20% VAT.

Shipping within Austria

  • With DPD: For shipments up to 3 kg, the cost is 3.81 EUR. For packages up to 5 kg, the cost is 4.84 EUR.

Shipping to Germany

  • With DPD: For shipments up to 3 kg, the cost is 10.12 EUR. For packages up to 5 kg, the cost is 11.75 EUR.

Shipping to Switzerland

  • With DPD: For shipments up to 3 kg, the cost is 11.68 EUR. For packages up to 5 kg, the cost is 13.56 EUR.
