What kind of bamboo products do you offer?
We offer a carefully selected range of bamboo products, including household items, kitchen utensils, personal care products, textiles (such as socks), cups, and storage boxes. Our product range is continuously expanding to enrich your sustainable everyday life.

Are your bamboo products sustainable / eco-friendly?
Yes. Our products are made from fast-growing bamboo sourced from responsibly managed plantations. They are manufactured under environmentally friendly conditions, and many of our items are biodegradable. Upon request, we are happy to provide information about the materials used and certifications.

How do I properly care for my bamboo products?
Clean bamboo products with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Please avoid soaking them in water for long periods or washing them in the dishwasher, as this can shorten the product’s lifespan. For textiles, we recommend washing at low temperatures and air drying.

Are your products suitable for people with allergies?
Our bamboo products are naturally hypoallergenic and contain no known allergens. If you have specific allergies or concerns, please contact us before purchasing.

Where does the bamboo for your products come from?
The bamboo we use comes from sustainably managed plantations in Asia (e.g., China or Vietnam). We place great importance on fair working conditions and environmentally responsible sourcing.

No, you can also order as a guest. However, a customer account offers advantages such as viewing your orders and faster processing of future purchases.

How can I check the status of my order?
After shipping, you will receive a confirmation email from us with a tracking link. If you have a customer account, you can also check the status there at any time.

Can I still change or cancel my order after submitting it?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to change or cancel your order. As long as the goods have not yet been shipped, changes or cancellations are generally possible without any issues.
